PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Find the answer you need.

THREE DISTINCT LAYERS

A claim is not a transaction.

01

The platform statement

What the platform says it offers, for which product and on what date.

02

The provider terms

The method, fees, identification requirements and transaction conditions.

03

The transaction record

A documented outcome, tied to a method, currency, time and conditions. It is not created by displaying a payment logo.

A provider, a merchant and a route are different records

A payment-provider register identifies the provider and its role. The platform’s account terms identify the merchant and available route. A transaction record describes a particular movement of funds. A guide to the first does not verify either of the other two.

For each method, note the exact service name, currency, direction, published conditions and date. A wallet transfer, bank transfer and gateway checkout can involve different recipients and records even when a familiar bank or provider appears in all three.

Compare timing and costs without guessing

Operator approval time, provider processing time and final receipt are separate stages. A fast transfer description cannot establish a bookmaker’s approval speed. Fees, minimums and maximums need the exact applicable conditions; no universal ETB figure can be inferred from a payment logo.

If a withdrawal is missing, organise the existing request and references before opening repeated requests. Do not treat an unsolicited additional payment as an authenticated recovery instruction.
