Whether a service is operating, suspended or closed. A website response alone cannot settle the licence question.
The product score. It does not establish local authorisation or successful payments.
Read three dates separately: when an event occurred, when a document was issued and when we consulted it. A recent editorial update can refer to an older legal event. It should not make that event look like a new decision.
A market-wide warning, an individual licence assessment and an operator notice also have different scopes. The first may describe a national context; the second concerns an identified platform; the third reports what the operator says about its service. None automatically settles every other question.
A useful primary record would identify the legal entity, authorised product, jurisdiction, effective date and any conditions or continuing stay. A separate service observation would describe what actually works and when. A court headline, searchable website or visible payment logo cannot supply all of those details.
The existing records remain dated while newer evidence is missing. Our editorial score describes the product assessment and should be read separately from permission to operate.
